Join us as we find our soul’s Voice together in one of the most pristinely beautiful and sacred places on the planet - Sivananda Ashram on Paradise Island, in the Bahamas.
From DECEMBER 10 – 15, we’ll share 6 bliss-fiilled, life-changing days together immersed in daily yoga, ocean adventures, delicious vegetarian meals, and meditation, while we learn to play some of the most powerfully healing mantra music on the planet!
Together, we'll learn songs by Snatam Kaur, Deva Premal, Krishna Das, Jahnavi Harrison, Sean Johnson, Girish, and many more. Best of all, you’re invited to choose ANY INSTRUMENT you feel inspired to explore in a supportive, nurturing, and judgment-free environment: Harmonium, Voice, Guitar, Drums - literally any instrument that inspires you!
During the retreat, you'll easily learn how to play these chants on your instrument of choice using a unique and simple notation guide, no matter what level of previous musical experience you've had. You can choose to bring your own favorite instrument or explore one of the many options provided at the retreat.
